
He did go out on his "Skitter" a few times. He kept turning around and going against the flow of traffic, which nearly caused some accidents.

There was one older man there. Amidst the sea of pre-adolescents he was really getting into his skating. He was bopping to the music and skating backwards. He was quite talented. Something about him reminded me of Mark. It got me thinking, Mark, if you ever get tired of your daily 3.3 mile marches you could always go down to the nearest roller rink and try it out!

Outstanding Summer! Thanks for posting something. I was beginning to think no one ever would . . . and I was getting so tired of seeing Mero Mero's photo every time I opened the blog. Sounds like you had a fun day.
ReplyDeleteActually, Summer, we have thought about getting in-line skates and skating instead of walking for a change. But it seems like I embarrass myself whenever I attach wheels to my feet.
