A ROMAN PARTY
So, last Sunday I had a little party for the Ides of March. I have been meaning to put a little post up all week and now I'm actually doing it! We all had a good time. I made Mulsum, which is an ancient Roman honey wine and some of us wore togas. I thought about making all of my guests wear togas and reenact the assasination but I decided I would make it optional. I hope you all had a great Ides of March as well! Here are a few pictures of the festivities...I couldn't figure out how to make the one right side up...If you turn your head just right, it looks like it's right side up.

ReplyDeleteGreat party EXCUSE! I am curious about the picture of Lyle and that girl making a face, i.e., is she making a face about the game they are playing OR did Lyle do something socially unacceptable? (He is his father's son, after all!)
